Freda Jean Ellis, 83, of Florence, IN, passed away at 4:27 PM, Wednesday, February 22nd, at Carroll County Hospital, Carrollton, KY. Freda was born in Ohio County, IN on November 29, 1928, a daughter of the late Lottie (Bailey) Grace and Albert Grace. She was a graduate of Rising Sun High School, Class of 1946. In 1948 she married Walter Ellis, who died on Dec. 5, 1995.
