Fred is survived by his wife of 45 years, Linda (Needham) Cottom; children Shane Cottom, Brooke Nicole White (Shawn), and Kate Elizabeth May (Daniel); grandchildren Olivia, Isabel, Layla, Benjamin, Alexander, Lillian, Lola, and Katelyn; sister April Wolaver (Lyle); sister-in-law Donna Needham; and niece Crystal Hlatko.
