He was preceded in death by his wife, Ester Mae Brown Goins; brothers, Albert Goins, Elmer Goins; father and mother, Eckle and Bessie Lee Goins.
He is survived by his daughter, Robin Goins Fransisco (first marriage); step daughters, Jackie Wolanski, Debbie Holley; sons, Jeff Goins (first marriage), Kevin Goins (first marriage); grandchildren, Matthew C. Goins, Ethan D. Goins, Austin Brown, Kody Goins, Ashlynn Goins, Dylan Goins; step grandchildren, Kevin Holley, Tammy Petersen, Jamie Jadwin, Gary Holley; great grandson, Weston C. Goins; and sisters, Irene Herron and Pauline Herron.
Mr. Goins was born January 23, 1942 in Edison, Tennessee.
He was in grading business for a long time and was of the Baptist Faith.
