Frankie was born March 19, 1954 in Norfolk, Nebraska, the son of Franklin E. and Glaudien (Marshall) Puls.
He is survived by daughter Christina (Micheal) Stranc, grandchildren Micheal, Chloe and Olivia, sisters Valarie Dreger, Debi Evert, and Toni Puls-Mansfield, and nieces and nephews.
Frankie is preceded in death by his parents and great niece Kaylyn Marann Dreger, and great nephew Jake Emil Mansfield.
