His family included his sisters, Mildred (DeDe), Patricia, and Nancy. The family moved to Salt Lake City, then to Springville, Utah, and finally to Sunnyside, Utah, when Frank was nine years old. Their daughter Linda was born in Portland, Oregon, and son Scott, in North Bend, Oregon.

The family moved to Boise in 1973.

While in the Air Force, Frank was trained in electronic communications and that knowledge was used in many ways during his life. He had four years active duty in the Air Force, and a total of 20 years in the Air National Guard when he retired in 1993.

At the age of 53, in 1987, Frank received Jesus Christ as his savior and his life was changed forever.

He is survived by his wife, Carolyn; daughter, Linda Graham; son, Scott (Becky) Graham, four grandchildren, Tyler (Molly) Thurston, Joshua Thurston, Nolan Graham, and Natalie Graham; and sister, Nancy Dobbs. He had many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and dad, sisters, DeDe and Patricia, and a very special aunt, MeMe Wilson, and his in-laws that he loved very much.
