Franklin Ellsworth “Frank” Hagan Sr., 75, of Keymar, MD died peacefully Friday, March 18, 2022 at Carroll Hospice Dove House in Westminster. Born October 25, 1946, in Frederick, he was the son of the late Charles Hagan and Margaret (Ebberts) Hagan. He was the beloved husband of the late Judith Dianne “Judy” Hagan.
Surviving are children, Franklin Hagan, Jr. and companion Tammy of Taneytown, Pam Hagan and companion Doug of Taneytown, Rusty Hagan and wife Missy of Thurmont; step-children, Dawn Wilson and husband Sam of Hanover, PA, David Renner of Taneytown, Donna Renner and husband Ron of OH, Vernon Renner and companion Patty of Taneytown, Jamie Gumm-Sandy of Boston, MA; son-in law, Ricky Sandy of Frederick; brothers Howard, Thomas, Henry and David Hagan; a sister Sylvia Martin and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and in-laws. In addition to his parents and wife, Frank was preceded in death by siblings Charles Hagan, Jr., and Joanne Fogle.
