Those left to honor Frank’s memory are his 2 sons, Doug (and Loire) Wing of Newton and Ted (and Glenda) Wing of Monroe, Iowa; 2 daughters, Lea (and Fred) Chabot of Newton and Andrea (and John) Birkenholtz of Newton; his 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; his sister, Kate Williams of Lenox, IOwa; and best friend and companion, his dog, Tisha.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank L. and Jessie (Morris) Wing and brother, Don Wing.
Frank was in skilled trades for 30 years at the Maytag Comapny, retiring in 1979.
He was a member of the VFW Post 1655, American Legion Post 111, and the Newton Moose Lodge.
