He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Ruth Howard Moore, sons; Frank Moore III (Kari), and Jonathan Moore (Natalie), daughters; Kathleen Lentz (David), and Margaret Bailey (Tony), a sister, Barbara Cook, grandchildren; William, Cheyenne, Joshua, and Wyatt, and niece, Juli Harrison (Cameron).
