Frank Vincent Salvo, 76, of Delray Beach, FL, passed away Monday morning, July 27, 2015 at Delray Beach Medical Center.
Frank was born in Bridgeport, CT in 1938. He was a resident of Naugatuck, CT for many years working for Barnes Engineering Company and raising his family until he retired and relocated to Delray Beach, FL in 2001. Frank was a humble, grateful man that enjoyed simple things like science fiction shows, online games and weekly family dinners. He was a passionate sports fan and a very talented musician playing the sax in numinous bands throughout his music career as well as serving his country in the U.S. Navy.
Frank was extremely loving and proud of his children, Tracy Meehan, Troy Salvo, Paul Salvo, and Kara Cox. He is also survived by his two brothers, Victor “Sal” Salvo, and Vincent Salvo, as well as 6 Grandsons, and 1 Granddaughter.
The Salvo family would like to say thank you to all of our family and friends for the outpouring of love that we have received in this hardship.
