Frank T. Munsey, 91 died at his home in Caldwell, Idaho on Friday, June 6, 2014 surrounded by his family.
Frank was born in Huston, Idaho on October 29, 1922 to Cassius M. Munsey and Hazel P. Torrance Munsey. He married Deloris M. Beach on September 8, 1943. They later became the parents of two sets of twins.
Frank is survived by two children, Marilyn Kreuder of Caldwell, Michael (Narissa) of Taipei, Taiwan; & one “like a child,” James (Victoria) Arakawa of Santa Rosa, California; five grandchildren, Tonya (Scott) McFarland of Humble, Texas, Caleb Munsey of Grass Valley, California, Nichole (Kirk) Doering of Caldwell, Idaho, Angela (Eric) Kendall of Eagle, Idaho, Oceana Munsey of Taipei, Taiwan; five great grandchildren, Connor & Jenna Franklin, Audrey McFarland, Brinley & Brielle Kendall; a brother, Jay (Nadine) Munsey of Boise, Idaho; & 11 nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife just 7 months ago, for whom he mourned deeply; two children, Marsha & Merlin Munsey, two sisters, Hellen Munsey & Olive (Paul) Featherston, & a brother Robert (Jane) Munsey.
Gone is the face we loved so dear, silent the voice we loved to hear; just now he’s gone for sight or speech, but not too far for thought to reach. Sweet to remember he who was here, who gone away, is just as dear.
