Frank Charles Taylor, 83, of Scottsdale, AZ, passed away on October 19, 2010. Born December 6, 1926, in Youngstown, OH, he moved to Scottsdale, AZ with his wife and children in 1962. He was a veteran of the United States Army and served in World War II. From 1964 to 1989 he worked for the Scottsdale School District. Frank is survived by his wife of 63 years, Irene; his children Frank, Robert and Diana, granddaughters Robynn and Lisa and great grandson Daniel. He is also survived by a sister, Dolores Sevic of Tucson, AZ and a brother, Bruce Taylor of St. Petersburg, FL. He was loved and will be missed by many.
