Frank, a Denver native, was a member of the Greatest Generation having served his country in WWII as a P-51 pilot in the U.S. Eighth Air Force. He was owner of Terrazzo Pre Cast Industries and a self made man of many trades. He is survived by his wife of 72 years, Lucille, son Steve (Gail) and numerous other relatives.
