“Cowboy” Frank Winterbourne, 51 passed away on February 24, 2007, peacefully in his home surrounded by his family in Flagstaff where he called home for the past 15 years. He loved well and was well-loved. Cowboy Frank celebrated the Divinity within everyone he met. He loved to bring a smile to all. His love will continue to touch many lives.
He is survived by his son Matt Winterbourne; parents Mederia and Lincoln Brandt, siblings; Portia Ryan, Eric Brandt, Kate Coffey, and Aunt Jalien Shield.
