Frank M. Koch, 84, formerly of Freemansburg but most recently residing at Alexandria Manor in Nazareth, was gathered into the arms of his Lord on Saturday, February 4, 2017. He was the husband of Nancy (Stocker) Koch.

Born in Hellertown, Frank was the fourth of thirteen children born to Frank and Mildred (Pierson) Koch. He graduated from Bethlehem High School in 1952, where he played on the football team. He married his high school sweetheart, Nancy, one week after they graduated from high school, and they were married for 64 years. Frank served his country in the US Army, serving in Germany during the Korean War. He worked at various jobs throughout his lifetime, retiring from the Bethlehem Area School District, where he worked on the field crew. He was a member of the Heights Athletic Association.

Survivors: Frank is survived by his loving wife, Nancy; daughters Fran Korpics and her husband Charlie; Sue VanBilliard and her husband Jim; sons Frank Koch and his wife Mary, Michael Koch and his wife Angela; grandchildren Bill Korpics, Brandy Salim, Bridget Koch, Rachel Amador, Alexis and Jaclyn VanBilliard, and Madelyn and Sarah Koch; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers Richard, Earl, Norm and Eddie. Frank was predeceased by 5 brothers and 3 sisters, and by his granddaughter, Michele Koch.
