Frank Joseph Zaversnik Jr.
August 26, 1945 – May 27, 2016

There are so many things to say about Frank but “where are we going to put it?”

On May 27, 2016 Frank was doing what he loved the most, spending time with his family and riding around in his Polaris Hot Rod in Moab when God called upon him to come home. Frank was born on August 26, 1945 in Rock Springs, Wyoming. After graduating high school, he attended the University of Wyoming where he earned his Bachelor of Engineering degree. After college, he was drafted into the US Army where he served with the 501st Signal Battalion/101st Airborne Division at Camp Eagle, Vietnam from May 1969 to May 1970.

After returning from Vietnam, Frank moved to Utah to work at Hill Air Force Base. He married and had one son Matthew Anton while becoming a father of two daughters Rachele and Carolyn, but later divorced.
On June 29, 1985 Frank married his soulmate, devoted to each other for 31 years and together they have 5 children. Frank spent his life rebuilding hot rod cars and had a passion for classic Chevrolets. Some of the cars he rebuilt were featured in magazines, commercials, and even a music video. He could look at any car from a distance and tell you the make, model, and year.
