Frank J. Groh, III, of Baltimore Highlands passed away on May 13, 2017. He was born on May 26, 1940 in Elkton, MD to the late Frank J. Groh, Jr. and Grace (Sawyer) Groh. He was a quiet man who enjoyed the simple things of life such as sitting at the water fishing, playing golf, and going to the Casino. However his favorite thing to do was spend time with his family especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He had a strong work ethic and worked as a meat cutter at A&P, Valu Food, and Box-N-Save.
He was the beloved father of Frank J. Groh IV and his wife, Kathy, Thomas A. Groh and his wife, Peggy; dear grandfather of Kelly Collins and her husband, Steven, Glenn Groh and his wife, Michelle, Trevor and Chase Groh; great-grandfather of Mason and Brooke Collins, and Camden Groh; also survived by nine siblings, Frances Harell, Mary Kale, Shirley Westveer, Garland Groh, Joyce Perrera, Chuck Groh, Emma Howe, Tom Groh, and Raymond Groh; numerous other relatives and friends. Frank was predeceased by his loving wife, Frances “Cookie” Groh, his son, Glenn A. Groh; and his parents Frank J. and Grace (Sawyer) Groh-Horner.
