Frank Ladwig, 75, of Ottawa, passed away March 30, 2013 at OSF St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Ottawa.
He was born June 19, 1937 in Hammond, Indiana to Earl and Clara J. (Kortge) Ladwig. He is an Army Veteran.
He is survived by four children, Frank John (Joey) Ladwig, Jr. of Pell Lake, WI, Dane Allen (Denise) Ladwig of Bartlett, Debra Jean (Russ) Maycan of Streamwood and Sandra Lee Wieczorek of Elgin; eleven grandchildren, Brandy Thomas, who took care of her grandfather, Allen West, Joseph and Kelly Wieczorek, Stephanie, Frankie, Jeremy, Ryan, Amy, Timmy Ladwig and Samantha Prieto; twelve great-grandchildren; two brothers, Ray (Jean) Ladwig of Crown Pointe, IN and Earl (Patricia) Ladwig of Shorewood; one sister, Clarie Svitek of Keystone Heights, FL. He was preceded in death by his parents.
