Frank J. Laky, 86, of Allentown, died on Thurs, May 10 in St. Luke’s Bethlehem Hospital. He was the husband of Dolores (Zermeno) Laky for 59 years. Born in Upper Black Eddy, he was the son of the late Ignatious and Ernastine Laky. Frank worked at the Bethlehem Steel for 38 years, until retiring in 1986.
Frank served with the U.S. Navy during WW II.
He was a member of the University Parish of Holy Ghost, where he had served as an usher. He was also a member of Primetime Seniors.
Surviving: wife; daughters, Charmayne Reinhard and husband Richard of Germansville; Diane Laky of Allentown; grandson, Wesley Reinhard; sister, Marie Rosar, husband Paul; brother, Joseph Laky, wife Roseann all of Fountain Hill. Predeceased by grandson, Francis A. Reinhard; sisters, Anna Dustan; Pauline Hinnerschietz.
