Frank Hugh Terry, 93 of Centralia passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014 at Centralia Manor. He was born July 3, 1921 in Centralia, son of Frank Terry and Alice (Carson) Terry. He married Wilma M. Bassen on October 15, 1949 in Salem and she preceded him in death on December 1, 2010.
He is survived by a brother, Howard Terry and wife Glyndene of Albuquerque, NM; a sister, Ruth Ione Quick of Centralia; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, a brother: Kenneth Terry and two sisters: Elsie Goad and Ellen Stookey. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II as a Tank Crewman. He was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Hoffman and a member of VFW Post 2055 in Centralia. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
