Frank B. Gable, Sr., age 86 of Tuscaloosa, passed away Saturday, June 11, 2022 at DCH Regional Medical Center. Services will be Friday, June 17, 2022, at 10:00 a.m.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Frank B. Gable and Elizabeth Gable.
Mr. Gable is survived by his wife, Dorothy Gable; sons, Frank Gable (Teresa), Mark Gable and Gary Gable (Anita); grandchildren, Brittany Saboe (Nick), Joseph Gable (Tonya), Morgan Gable and Chris Gable; and great-grandchildren, Jack Gable, Paisley Saboe and Oliver Gable.
Mr. Gable was born in Albany, NY and graduated from Albany Business School. He held several jobs in retailing before working for Harco Drugs. He lived in several states before settling in Tuscaloosa. Mr. Gable was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. His hobbies included gardening and cheering for the Alabama football and basketball teams.
