Frank (Frankie) M. Smith, Jr. 58, Ft. Oglethorpe, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, January 21, 2009 after his battle with cancer. He was born in Albertville, AL to the late Frank and Mary Smith and graduated from Southside High School. He lived most of his life in Gadsden, AL and moved to Ft. Oglethorpe in 2001.
