Frank Eric Morning, Jr. was born on January 9, 1957, in Plainfield, New Jersey to his parents, Mary Alice Patterson Morning and Frank Eric Morning, Sr. He was the eighth child born in the family. He was raised surrounded by his brothers, Vernard “Bootsie”, James “Sonny”, Sherman “Ricky”, John, Jerry, Charles and his sisters, Aloma, Barbara, Anna “Penny”, Connie, and Valerie. As a child, he was talkative and enjoyed playing jokes on family and friends. He received his formal education in Denver, Colorado where he was a 1975 graduate of West High School. He furthered his education by earning an Associate’s Degree in Business. Frank enlisted in the United States Army. He served his country as a paralegal.
