Frank Emerson Birtciel passed away at the age of 92 on October 21, 2015 in Scottsdale, Arizona. He was born July 7, 1923 to Beulah and John Birtciel near Drumright, Oklahoma. He and his wife Velma had three children, Greg (Sharon), Bruce (Kathleen) and Marie. He had three grandchildren (Tina, Jennifer and Devin) and 5 great grandchildren (Casey, Cody, Ethan, Paige and Liam). He was a veteran of WWII and retired from the Air Force in 1969, moving to Scottsdale. He was active in the Retired Officers association and the Scottsdale Gem and Mineral Club.
