Passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Age 78. Frank was born in New Jersey on August 31, 1938, the son of the late Charles Henton and Lorraine (Wells) Henton. He served his country in the United States Navy. He retired from Bell Telephone Company after over 30 years of service.
He was married to Stella (Cowgill) Henton on December 13, 1958 and they enjoyed 54 years of together until Stella’s passing on January 21, 2013. They were charter members of Sandy Pines, where they enjoyed spending weekends, vacations and summer holidays with their children and grandchildren for over 40 years. Frank and Stella also spent several weeks during the winter in Florida.
He is survived by two daughters and one son, Jessica (Kenneth) Williams of Kalamazoo, Charles E. Henton of Parchment and Ginger (Mark) Norris of Parchment; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Cathy Henton of Bellaire; many nieces and nephews; one sister-in-law and one brother-in-law, Frances (Gary) Ford of Kalamazoo and Lewis (Tina) Alexander of Otsego.
Frank was preceded in death by his grandson, Charles E. Henton III, and one brother, John E. Henton.
