Frank A. Amos, 75, of Noblesville, passed away on October 31, 2014, at the Riverview Hospital Noblesville. He was born on June 14, 1939 in Anderson where he spent most of his life.
Frank graduated from Madison Heights High School in 1957. He retired from General Motors as a General Supervisor and at one time he owned Amos Plumbing and Excavating. Then he went on to be a national sales representative for Delco Remy America. He attended Noblesville Methodist Church.
Frank was a member and past president of National Association of Power Engineers.
Frank is survived by his loving wife, Dianna (Boles) Amos, sons, Frank L. (Michele) Amos and Kim Amos; step-son, Ted Sheets; grandchildren, Chad (Lesley) Amos, Mary E. King, Kyle (Ashley) Amos, Austin Amos, Abbey Amos; great-grandchildren Naudia and Matheson King, Cole Amos, Adisynn Amos, Madden Amos, Stella Amos; siblings, Susan (George) Waylonins and Lowell E. Amos; mother-in-law, Helen Boles; and sister-in-law, Carol (Wendall) Shayock. Also survived by his special cat, Tux. He was preceded in death by his father, Lowell E. Amos and mother, Mary Elizabeth (Goodnight) Amos Toles.
