Francisco Pacheco Pires 58, passed away after courageous battle with cancer. He is survived by his wife Emma Pires and two children Anthony Pires and Steven Pires and two grandchildren. He is survived by his sisters Ester, Conceicao, Amelia, Augusta, Adelaide, and Teresa, brothers Manuel and Alfredo. Also several nieces and nephews.
He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy during the Vietnam Era.
He moved from Portugal to New Jersey and then to New York City, New York. He loved and always wanted to live in Florida and moved here. He loved to sit in the patio of his home and watch the birds sing and play.
