Francisca Caswell, 55, of Brighton, Colorado, left with the Lord on Saturday, March 23, 2019, in Denver. Francisca was born October 4, 1963 to Ynocente and Margarita Ocampo and raised in Morelos, Mexico. Before moving to the United States in 1994, she had two sons, Julio Cesar and Mauricio. She first moved to California, before settling in the Brighton area, where she eventually had her daughters Brenda and Gabriela.

Always smiling, Francisca had a girlish exuberance that radiated through all aspects of her life. She loved to dance and was always game for a good laugh. Most of all, she loved her family, and worked hard throughout her life to provide for her children.

Francisca is survived by her children, Julio Cesar Carranza (Irene), Mauricio Carranza, Brenda Gomez-Balderas (Jesus), and Gabriela Cervantes, and three grandchildren Nicolas Carranza, Santiago Carranza and Camila Balderas, as well as her sisters Rosenda Ocampo (Ruperto), Maria Elena Ocampo (Bernabe), Lucia Ocampo (Nazario) and brothers Gilberto Ocampo (Gloria), Ranulfo Ocampo (Juanita) and many nieces and nephews. She was proceeded in death by her parents, grandparents, and two brothers, Rogelio Ocampo and Emilio Ocampo.

Although, Francisca battled cancer several times before, she never lost her love of life or her sense of humor. Instead, she moved forward with great strength, faith, and family asks that we do the same in her honor. She was a true warrior, never once complained of her struggles, Chemo nor of any pain throughout her last days of life. Her grandchildren were her motivation to fight and she relied on God for her strength.

She will be greatly missed by everyone as she was such a joy to have around, she was the life of the room and her laughter was heard miles away. She is now in heaven enjoying the company of her loved ones and looking over her children and grand-babies.
