Frank is survived by his siblings, Flo Richards of Tecumseh, William and Deneen Richards of Centerline, Albert Richards and Bridgett Gumb of Tecumseh and Benjamin and Toni Richards of Tecumseh and an uncle to many nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Alvida Richards and siblings, Pat, John, Karen, and Shirley. Frank loved his shed, fishing, hunting, and spending time with friends.
