Francis Joseph Silva, Jr., 57, of Middletown, husband of Sandra (Sutyla) Silva passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, March 7th at his home. Born in Middleboro, MA, he was the son of the late Francis J. and Doris Ann (Andrews) Silva. Francis loved gardening and working on his home, but taking care of his families were his priority and passion in life. He loved serving as an elder in the Middletown Central Congregation and engaging in the door to door ministry. His love for Jehovah God encompassed his whole life. Francis was loved by all that knew him and will be missed beyond words. Besides his devoted wife, Sandra, he is survived by his daughter, Jennie (Silva) Wygant and her husband, Matthew; a brother, Michael Silva; four sisters, Cheryl Silva, Jacqueline Silva Williams and her husband, John, Andrea Martin, and Inez Christiansen and her husband, Roark; a brother-in-law, Michael Sutyla and wife, Patty and their children; a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins who loved him dearly and a huge spiritual family at the local Middletown and surrounding congregations of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Besides his parents, Francis was predeceased by his son, Francis Joseph Silva, V and two brothers, Bryan and James Silva.
