Francis J. Jacques, Sr., 87, was stricken ill and died in his home in South Grafton on June 30, 2022.
His beloved wife of 61 years, Germaine M. (Briand) Jacques, died in 2015.
He leaves two children: Linda A. Jacques of Franklin, NH, and Briand J. Jacques with whom he lived in South Grafton. He also leaves eight grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, and two brothers: Albert L. Jacques and Norman A. Jacques, both of South Grafton.
In addition to his spouse, he was predeceased by his parents, Louis J. and Doris M. (Plouffe) Jacques; three children: Francis J. Jacques, Jr., Michael A. Jacques, and Sherry M. Jacques-Harper; and two brothers: Leeland J. Jacques and Philip G. Jacques.
Mr. Jacques was born in Millbury, MA, on May 16, 1935, and was raised in the Wilkinsonville section of Sutton. He moved to Grafton in 1960.
