Francis (Frank) Massarelli, 83, of New Haven passed away Nov. 16, 2012 in MasonicareHealthCenter, Wallingford. He was the husband of the late Yolanda M. Savino Massarelli. Mr. Massarelli was born in New Haven on Dec. 26, 1928, son of the late Antonio and Rosa Giordano Masserelli. He worked at Robby Len Sportswear for 50 years and was traffic manager at the time of his retirement. More recently, he was a bus monitor for North Haven Public Schools until this past September. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. He is survived by a daughter, Roseann Massarelli of New Haven; two sons, Michael Massarelli of Hamden and Anthony (Rachel) Massarelli of Old Orchard Beach, Maine; one brother, Fred Masserelli of West Haven; two sisters, Anna Barone of West Haven and Mrs. Sue (Lawrence) Fitzgerald of East Haven; as well as several nieces & nephews, great nieces and great nephews. He was predeceased by three brothers, Anthony “Bucky”, Henry and Louis Masserelli and three sisters, Bessie Rapuano, Mary Accadia and Fernonda (Florence) “Flo” Montanaro., 424 Elm St., (cor.
