On March 4, 2020 Francis “Frank” Joseph Ratcliffe devoted husband of the late Dolores Ratcliffe (nee Sheppard); beloved father of Gerard Ratcliffe, Brian Ratcliffe and his wife Siobha’n, Colum Ratcliffe, Elizabeth Hagedorn and her husband Bob, and the late Paul Ratcliffe; loving “Pop” of Jessica, Brian, Kelly, Kimberlee, Robby, Shay, Kaitlin, Dearbhla and Isabella. Also survived by 17 great-grandchildren; dear brother of William Ratcliffe and Joan Geisinger and her husband Ken.
