WINSTED – DESANTIS – Francis “Frank” DeSantis, passed away peacefully at Hartford Hospital on December 3, 2015. He was the son of the late Angelo and Carmella (Sandulli) DeSantis. Besides his wife, Jacqueline, he leaves his son and his wife, Paul and Amy DeSantis; grandchildren, Rhandin, Thomas, Paul and Anthony DeSantis; and nephews, Michael, Aaron, and Ramond Santos.
