Francesco Torrillo, 88, passed away on November 13, 2018 surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Italy, worked in Switzerland as a barista for 15 years, and then made his 10 day journey to America when he was 37 years old on October 21, 1967 on S.S. Raffaello. He worked with many railroad companies, and then later retired at the age of 63. He enjoyed carpentry and gardening.
His parents, Tommaso and Pasqualina had eight children. He is survived by his brothers; Antonio and his wife, Caterina Torrillo; and Giovanni Torrillo and his wife, Angela Maria Torrillo. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews and other family members living in America and Italy.
