Frances Martin Tubbs, 88 of Birmingham passed away October 10, 2009. Frances was a member of South Roebuck Baptist Church formerly Ruhama Baptist Church. She was retired from EMC Insurance Companies, a member of Eastern Star and a member of The United Daughters of the Confederacy. Frances was preceded in death by her husband, James E. Tubbs. Survivors include her two daughters, Elizabeth Kendrick (Gary) and Jamie Tubbs; two sisters, Mildred Scott and Lois Sullivan; two grandchildren, Gara Lucas (Brian) and Sean Kendrick (Paige); and three great grandchildren, Bailey and Cody Lucas and Mia Kendrick.
