Frances Stone, age 94, wife of the late James E. Stone, died Monday, November 29, 2010 at St. Camillus Care and Rehab Center in Stamford. Born New York City, the daughter of the late Valentine and Annie (Dougherty) Pfaffmann, Frances worked as an accounting administrator for the New York City Sheriff’s Office and was an avid tennis player.
She is survived by her loving son, James Stone and his wife Nadia, 4 cherished grandchildren Patrick, Katie, Jimmy and Matthew Stone, nephew Douglas Ryan and niece Patricia Mellow.
