Frances M. (Milo) Blethen, of Plainville, passed away Monday December 4, 2017 at the Hospital of Central Connecticut in New Britain. She was the loving wife of Arthur R. “Art” Blethen with whom she shared 63 years of marriage.
Frances was born in Plainville a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Smagacz) Milo and was a lifelong Plainville resident. She was a graduate of Plainville High School where she met her “sweetheart” Art.
Besides her husband, she leaves her son Mark Blethen and his wife April of Plainville, her daughter Laurie Dougherty and her husband Dan of Plainville, her grandchildren, Kristen and Adam Sastri and his wife Stephanie, her great grandchildren, Kyle and Connor Voisine, her nephew, Michael Cusack and her brother-in-law, Robert Blethen and his wife Linda of Thomaston. She was predeceased by her sister Jean Cusack, her niece, Diane Cusack and her step father, Vito Virello.
