Born in Demmitt County, Texas on April 5, 1939, she was the daughter of William Lee Rhodes and Alma Ivy Rhodes. Frances had worked for many years in the medical field as a LVN especially at the Oakcrest Nursing Home. Preceded in death by her parents, brother, Alvin Rhodes, nephew, Anthony Rhodes, and niece, Stacey Gomez, Mrs. McIntosh is survived by children, Edwin (Lynn), Carolyn (Jamie), Bettie (James), and Sissy; grandchildren, James Daniel, Misty, James Allen, and Kelsey; great grandchildren, Ariel, Brett, Justin, James Allen, III, and Aedia; sister, Sylvia (James).
