Ms. Frances Catherine Kemper 93, entered rest, Monday March 25, 2013 at the rest home of Brighton Place, San Diego, California. Ms. Kemper was born, September 26, 1919 in Jackson, Tennessee, the daughter of Joe Kemper and Leora Cottrell. After the death of Joe Kemper, Leora moved the family to Nashville, Tennessee, where Frances worked and joined the John Westley A.M.E.
Survivors include her two sons, William (Sylvia) Kemper of San Diego, California and Leonard Kemper of Compton, California; a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
