Frances Kay Simmons Smith, age 74, passed away Wednesday at her residence. Born in Huntington, WV, she was the daughter of the late Joseph J. Simmons and the late Opal Lee Sias Simmons and wife of the late John Ed Smith, Sr.
She is survived by her children, Dee Smith, Kathleen Luzadder and husband, Mike and John Smith, Jr. and wife, Suzanne; a sister, Patsy Cook; her grandchildren, Mary, Joey, Sara, Grace, Aidan, Jordan and Greyson; a great grandson, Mikey; three four-legged babys, Molly, Jojo and Bruce and numerous nieces and nephews.
