Frances JoAnn Kerschner age 92 of Ashland, passed away on October 30, 2022 at Kingston of Ashland.
Born on January 10, 1930 in Huntington, West Virginia the daughter of Russel and Margaret Sarah (Price) Foster she had been a resident of Ashland County most of her life.
While in Ashland she had been employed at the Faultless Rubber Company.
Frances was a deeply religious person who attended the Southview Grace Brethren Church, she was also a Sunday School teacher at the church. She also enjoyed reading, sewing, and dogs. She also was an avid bird watcher.
She is survived by two daughters; Joyce Lumley of Mansfield and Linda Kerschner of Maryland.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her husband Donald E. Kerschner
