Frances Hope Phillips, 89, went home to our Lord and her beloved husband, Kevy, on March 8, 2010.
Frances was born March 1, 1921, to Ralph and Elfida Paz Parra in Lincoln, NE. She attended Lincoln High School, worked at Smith’s Bakery, and in the defense industry in Lincoln. There Frances met and married the love of her life, Kevin Lyle Phillips. Early in their marriage Frances lost her mother and she and Kevy helped to raise her younger siblings, Val and Nato. Kevin and Frances were blessed with three children of their own, Michael, Linda, and William.
