Frances “Frankie” Rome (nee Bienkowski) Age 73, of Antioch, passed away peacefully with her children by her side on July 14, 2022.
Frankie is survived by her beloved husband Charles of 35 years, son Glenn (Cynthia) Haynes, daughter Keely Haynes, grandchildren Riley Zawilenski and Caitlin Haynes, and sister Shawn (John) Russell, several cousins, nieces and nephews, as well as her 4-legged companions, Golden Retriever Andy, and Chesapeake Bay Retriever Sully. She is preceded in death by her mother Eleanor Young, her father Casimir Blachowicz, sister LuAnn, brother James, and infant son Lance.
