Okeechobee – Frances Elaine Grieves died October 20, 2021. She was born December 30, 1937, in Elwood, Indiana to Thomas and Mary (Rodgers) Bohlander. A resident of Okeechobee for 21 years, she was a member of the KOA Community Church. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, knitting, and sewing.
Mrs. Grieves was preceded in death by her parents; son, Rick Grieves, II; sisters, Margaret and Margie; and brother, Robert.
She is survived by her husband of 61 years, Dick Grieves, of Okeechobee; sons, Chad Grieves (Debbie) and Robert Grieves (Cindy) all of North Carolina; five grandchildren; and sister, Lois Whitehall.
