On Sunday, July 26, 2015, Frances E. Ouellette, 88, passed away peacefully at her home. Born in Suffield, CT on August, 16, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Joseph & Emily (Stankevich) Lewandowski. She was a longtime Newington resident, where she was a member of Our Savior’s Lutheran Church. Prior to her 1985 retirement, she was a contact representative for the US Department of Immigration and Naturalization Service, giving 30 years of dedicated service. She was predeceased by her beloved husband Roland L. Ouellette in 2011, and several siblings, Michael Lewandowski, Rose Deasy, & Stella Kendjior. She is survived by a daughter Penelope E. Pepe and her husband Christopher of Amston, her brother Joseph Lewin of New Hartford and three grandchildren; Christopher II, Alexander, & Gina Marie Pepe.
