Frances B. Clark (nee Burr)Frances B. Clark, 95, a resident of Aston, PA (formerly of Yeadon and Colwyn) died peacefully at home on February 10, 2021. She was a beloved mother, Nana, friend, and nurse. She is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Grace M. Burr, her husband George Clark Sr., her daughter Cynthia (Chris) Bean, and her sister-in-law Angela Clark. She is survived by her children Susan (Michael) Lancellotti and George (Lisa) Clark, grandchildren Amanda (Kile) Remick, Jeff (Melanie) Bean, Theresa Clark, Christa (Matt) Ventura, Megan (Todd) Hunsicker, Ben Clark, Michael (Amanda) Lancellotti, Bryan (Michelle) Mack, Jessica (Joe) Emde and great grandchildren Antonella, Dominic, Luca and Rocco. Frances was a strong, beautiful woman who enjoyed life to its fullest. She put her children first and raised them by herself after her husband’s tragic death. She was a member of the Yeadon Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed playing piano, reading, needlework, crossword puzzles, going to the shore, collecting angels, and having her great-grandchildren sit on her lap reading books and giving “Hugs and Kisses”. Over the years, she served as PTO President of Yeadon High School. She did her nurse’s training at Lankenau Hospital, becoming a registered nurse, and continuing at the Haskins Nursing Home (Secane) and the Lutheran Deaconess Home (Gladwyne). She was an active member of Lankenau’s Women’s Board and the Nurse’s Alumni Association Executive Board. She later became a hospice volunteer.
