Frances Ann Bounds Frances Ann Bounds age 62 of Centralia passed away on Monday August 26, 2013 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Centralia. She was born on July 28, 1951 in Centralia the daughter of Edward Clem Bounds and Alfreda (Nelson) Williams.
Mrs. Bounds is survived by her mother Alfreda Williams; one son Shawn Harris and girlfriend Myra of Centralia; two daughters Misty Koch and husband John of Centralia, and Kimberly Hampton of Clarksville, Tennessee; eight grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; two brothers Joe Emery and wife Catalina of Greenville, Edward Bounds and wife Louise of Walnut Hill; three sisters Alice Taylor of Kentucky, Melody Lambert and wife Ron of Vernon, and Theresa Eubanks and husband Rick of Centralia; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; one son Ray Dickinson; and one sister Jackie (Byrd) Bounds.
Mrs. Bounds was of the Baptist faith. She loved to travel and most of all enjoyed her family and friends.
