Frances Biduk, 91, of Newington, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 29, 2013. She was often remembered by family and friends as “Far Away Auntie.” Frances retired from the State of Connecticut Lottery Division after many years of service. Frances was a communicant of the Holy Spirit Church. She was an accomplished artist, winning many awards for her paintings. Her survivors include a twin sister, Elsie Serafin and her husband Martin of Newington and nieces and nephews: William Serafin, Thomas Serafin, Michael Biduk, Francine Kvietkauskus and Deborah Logano.
