Mrs. Frances Laney Barron, 89, a resident of Valley, AL passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2014 at EAMC Lanier Hospital.
Mrs. Barron is survived by four children, Robert Barron (Becky), Roger Barron (Sheri), Von Barron (Kathy), & Joe Barron (Gina); one sister, Faye Hunt; grandchildren, Debra Vines, Jason Barron, Brandi Ammons, Cassi Barron, Chris Barron & Daniel Barron; eight great-grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie Washington Laney & Mary Elizabeth Laney and her husband, Robert Joe Barron.
She retired from the Langdale Mill in 1996.
