Frances Ann Lowman, 81, of Millersville, formerly of Odenton, passed away on April 1, 2021, at her home. Fran was born in Ellicott City, Maryland, on September 3, 1939, to the late Josephine and Charles Bewley.
Fran is survived by her devoted husband of 60 years, Joseph L. Lowman, Sr.; her loving sons, Joseph L. Lowman, Jr. and Michael F. Lowman; her dear daughter-in-law, Tina; her cherished grandchildren, Heather Kohler, Michael Lowman Jr., and Taylor Roman; her beloved great-grandchildren, Ashton Kohler, Aiden Kohler, and Harper Roman; and her remembered brother, John Zenter. In addition to her parents, Fran was predeceased by her brother, William “Bill” Bewley. She is also survived by many extended family & friends.
